Erika is an architect, a graduate of the Bartlett School of Architecture and the Architectural Association. She has worked in the UK and Hong Kong on a broad range of projects from rail to retail, before developing her specialisms in social housing and low energy design whilst at PRP and Bill Dunster Architects. During a career break to raise family, she designed a rural low energy house and completed a M.Sc. at Cardiff University in the Environmental Design of Buildings, graduating with a Distinction. Her thesis project investigated the simulated performance of a passive ventilation proposal for a post low energy retrofit Victorian terraced house.
