Data driven approach to identifying building retrofit pathways

Laurence completed a MSci degree in Geology from Imperial College London in 2019. Throughout this degree he developed a deep understanding of Earth systems and later, through the study of UK energy system decarbonisation, a strong interest in the mitigation of climate change. In addition, following a master’s project in numerical modelling, he is also greatly motivated to improve his skills in data analytics.

The ERBE CDT offered the perfect route to pursue these interests further and Laurence will now work on identifying building retrofit pathways in a data driven approach.
